This property is an inspired achievement in design and
building. This new lake cabin was only made possible with
the talent, creativity, and experience of the builder, Jim Bourne, owner
of Madison Homes, Inc., and the head CAD designer of Madison
Homes, Dean Fuchs. On a lot many considered too difficult
to build upon and at a time right before Wisconsin is re-writing
its already strict lakeshore rules, the impossible was
accomplished and the new soaring tower of glass and wood was
erected.
A pathway leads to the lake, and
hydronic heated boat house.
The garage and entire lower level
also has hydronic heated floors.
